And I really appreciate his help as anybody who helped me on this and other issues. My problem was solved when I did this: Edit in /etc/X11/xorg.conf this section:Actually, I added Option "DPI" "96x96" >From there, all the fonts look normal. Or normal as they did when I had kde 3.5.
