Hi,

If you mean a KDE4 version of kprinter, then no we don't have one yet.  Many 
distros still install the old KDE3 version in parallel which is what you have 
in /opt/kde3 (which means you have openSUSE?).

As for KSnapshot, it appears that is a deliberate move
