Well, depends on whether you are running KDE 4.1.1 or not, or whether
you are running Kubuntu or an other OS, but the
metapackage is kde_utils.

If it is Kubuntu
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    KDE
4.1.1, the link to the source package is
