I think it is a compiz-fusion bug, not a KDE bug. Disable 3D effects
and try again.

I did so....from Compiz config I disabled 3D Desktop on both users but still, when logging in to the second user's session, no keyboard and no kde-window-decorator at all!
Any other possible solution?
