I finally found the solution to my problem.
Some time ago I started a backup tool (when I was in .kde/Autostart).
This tool placed an empty file "dsmerror.log" in there.
When starting up, kde sees this file and thinks "Oh there's a log file,
lets open it with our default log viewing tool kwrite."
I deleted the file, now everything is fine again.

I think I have shutdown my PC once when kwrite was still open.
Maybe you saved that session and you are not saving the next sessions
