Howard I had to install kweather separately in Gutsy but it was already
there when I used Feisty.  You might have to do a search in synaptic
(or adept) to find out whether its installed.  If so, then right click
on the panel and go Add Applet To Panel and you should find it in the
list of applets.  Just add it.
