I've never had a problem with ZynAddSubFX before, but on Fedora 7, it's main window when opened uses 100% CPU, and is very difficult to close the app, apart from CTRL+ALT+ESC, and clicking on the mouse pointer of death. If I minimise it the CPU cycles return to normal. If I leave it open on the desktop, and click on a button that opens a child window, then minimise Zyn's main window, the child window opens ok, and I can change parameters, etc. If I logout of KDE, and login to Gnome, ZynAddSubFX has no problems, and CPU cycles are normal. I use KDE, so am looking for some reason for this behaviour on Fedora 7. I have no problems with this app with other distro's that run on this machine. (FC1,2,3,4,5, Debian Sarge, Etch, and Lenny) None of my other music apps show any such problems, just ZynAddSubFx. KDE version is 3.5.7-21.fc7 Kernel version 2.6.22.6-1.rt9.1.fc7.ccrmart (but all other kernels show the same behaviour) Anyone have any suggestions as to a fix?
