Flash when windows in other desktops demand attention?

It happens quite often: someone continues a conversation via Kopete but the conversation window is open in another Virtual desktop. Or I click on a PDF link and Adobe is open in another desktop.

Is it possible that I have a flash in the takbar in the 
current desktop?
