By altering my user-local kde-common.css, I've managed to customize man:/ and info:/ to be a bit kinder to my screen space. Unfortunately I've had to patch the kioslave's sourcecode itself to also alter the size of the header images, but it wasn't much of a hassle as it only involved changing some of the HTML strings in the cpp source files.
