Kmail: how to disable spam protection

Hello

I have Fedora Core 6 and kmail 1.9.5. I have enabled spam protection to kmail, 
but it slows down kmail too much. Kmail worked fast and nicely without it.

I would like do disable spam protection, but the wizard (selected from tools) 
is only able to enable the feature.

How to disable the spam protection?
