noatun and sounds from the internet

Hello,
when I click on a link of a sound file 
(http://www.bonair.neostrada.pl/Sound1.mp3 for example) in a newsgroup noatun 
opens but is not able to playback. I first need to download and then I can 
play it. Why noatun does not play it?
