Hi Michael Baranov

kmilo is catching a lot of the multimedia keys. You can disable the daemon 
through kcontrol, KDE-Components, Service Manager.
After doing this, check with xev if the volume keys are working this time.

If its working, you can try to configure the keyboard manually to get access 
to all the fancy extra keys (that's the way I am controlling my Multimedia 
keyboard). If nessecary, I can post some info who to do this.
