Hi,
A similar thing happened to me just after one of my updates of KDE. Only just
some of the modules were missing - not all of them. Have you performed an
update recently? Maybe you should reinstall the kdebase3 package.

If you haven't updated KDE to KDE 3.5.4, I would recommend that you do that
anyway...
