That's right - a PDF version of the user guide is linked from the front page
of docs.kde.org . Only in English so far, but if you want a version in
another language, drop me a line on phil at kde dot org, and I can try to
provide that.
And while I'm at it, if anyone would like to help with checking PDF
generation for non-English languages, drop me a line.
