Konqueror bug in text view

Hello,

Are anyone else seeing this konqueror bug?:

I find it a bit strange that noone else has commented on the bug report. Maybe 
I'm the only one using "text view" i konqueror? Or maybe it's a duplicate of 
another report? It is quite annoying to always have to mark files and folders 
twice to be able to drag them to another directory.
