bash$ sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

BTW, you're lucky this list isn't too crowded because you didn't help the 
readers with that mail! Here are some remarks to help you improve further 
requests:
1. First of all, I don't think this is the best mailing list since your 
question is nearly fully kubuntu oriented. Kubuntu-users could be better.
2. Replying to an existing mail to ask a new question can be badly handled by 
mail readers
3. Choose a nice title explaining your problem
4. When replying, remove previous, unneeded content below your text.
