Konqueror context menu - how to change or add 'create new' templates?

I've had a look in the help and done a web search, but haven't found the
place where the templates for new html files etc are stored.  I want to
be able to modify the default templates, and add some new ones (eg for
php files).

Can I configure a system-wide change to these 'create new' items?
