How do i create multiple folders in KMail so it will look like the picture

I have always wanted to separate my mail from specific accounts in the way
shown here but the best i could do was create sub folders under "Local
Folders/inbox" and create filters to direct those mails into there.
I would rather like to have Local Folders as default and have others like
GMail etc.
How can i do this? I previously assumed it was not possible until i saw this
screenshot which suggests that it's possible.
