KDE icon remix

Hello,
i'm using KDE 3.5.2 from Gentoo portage.
Everytime I restart KDE my desktop icons get slightly remixed.

I've made two screenshots:

after that I did nothing, only exit KDE and restarted it:

http://xgm.de/files/after.png


Any ideas?
