Hello,
I am searching for Information if (and where) it is possible to set up
KDE to use on common look and feel for all Users on a machine? The
"mortal" users should NOT be able to set their own "Preferences" like
Background wallpaper, theme, color settings, sounds and so on.
So for all "mortal" Users of the machine the Desktop should look the
same and should have the same settings each time they login, and they
should be able to change anything?
Is that possible and where can i find information about HOWTO set that
up?
