mounting removable media of different flavours

I'm accustomed to Macintosh, when you pop a CD into the tray it mounts. 
Can I have them "auto-mounted" with freeBSD/KDE?


I can mount the msdos floppies easily enough. How do I mount a 
macintosh floppy?
