Hi,
This is my first time posting to this board although I have been using
kde for over ten years. Kudos and much gratitude to the kde team.
I have a strange problem with kde's keyboard layout selector applet. If
I add, for example, French to the list, it works properly, I can click
on the icon to toggle back and forth or right-click to select the one I
want. If I select Swiss French, on the other hand, I cannot toggle to it
(I get an "off" icon when it's turn comes around) and in the right-click
menu I do not see the words "French Swiss", although I do see the
"(basic)" description.
Also, entering "/usr/X11R6/bin/setxkbmap -model logicink -layout fr_CH
-variant basic" in a console works correctly, so I think this must be a
kde thing.
