disable desktop-selection keystrokes?

Can anyone tell me how to disable, or change, the CTL-ALT-DOWN
key combination that brings up a popup for chosing among your workspaces?
I use Eclipse, and that key combination is useful in the Eclipse editor, 
but kde seems to grab it first.  I'd like to just disable it in kde
