I think I wont need kdebindings in that case......But I think its an issue.....It doesnt install as a normal user....i tried doing configure --help...but couldnt find any options which could put perl files elsewhere....

"configure --help" in kdebindings to see if there's a configure flag to
tell it to put perl files somewhere else. Maybe one of the variables listed
in the perlrun manpage have some effect?
