you don't need that, it's probably not worth the trouble of getting it to
compile.
If you're sure you need it, you could try looking in the output of
"configure --help" in kdebindings to see if there's a configure flag to
tell it to put perl files somewhere else. Maybe one of the variables listed
in the perlrun manpage have some effect?
