KBear-SiteManager changes Size

Hello,

kbear-sitemanager changes size between icons in system-tray. While running it 
takes complete free space of control bar. 

Is this a bug? Does anyone know a solution for my problem?

Seems to there's some hidden text. Or is the icon too big?

If someone wants to see the exact effect, I send a screenshot.
