This native port is made possible by the fact that Trolltech 
released the windows version of Qt4 under the GPL.  
That means that the first version of KDE that can legally 
be ported to Windows is KDE 4 which is at least a year 
away.  

I don't think anyone will make promises about when 
a windows port will be available but one year 
is a lower limit.  Probably later.

I'm not aware of a web page about the port.
