Thanks - that's useful. You are quite right I got KDE 3.41 as a series of RPMs from links on the KDE website (>sourceforge I think). So it will not have been Suse specific. I will have a poke around for SuSe specific RPMs.On Wednesday 07 September 2005 05:31, Bogus Zaba wrote:Not sure if this is a KDE or a SUSE problem, but when I start the Help Centre from KDE3.4.1 with Suse 9.2, IDid this KDE 3.41 come from the Suse updater? Or did you get it elsewhere? Suse is one of the few distros that has a fully working searchable help integrated with its own manuals and KDE and man/info pages. They achieve this by tightly integrating their system with suitable mods so I suspect that the help will only work correctly with a distribution as packaged and probably with updates done through their official updater service. I suspect you have updated kde differently. andrew ___________________________________________________ . Account management: https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde.
