It's possible. If you want to have colors just like in Windows, there is one color scheme if not then go to Information Center -> Appariance and Styles -> Colors And set Fading Active Title and Active Title color.

In KDE 3.4, I found for each window decorations, the window title has the same background color, I would like a fade away color scheme like Windows system, that is, at the left most it is dard blue, then fade to the left most into light blue.
Can I have this in KDE?
