Ah, ok.  I stand corrected.  


Meanwhile I've found out where my .html files come from: 

# apt-file search  /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kommander/credits.html
kdewebdev-doc-html: usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kommander/credits.html
kdewebdev-doc-html: usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kommander/credits.html


It seems that's a special package for those. 
I got it from here: http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde-3.4.0/kdewebdev/

Maybe it's for people who like to browse their docs in firefox?  
Or would you consider this a bug?
