Im Jason. Sorry I don't know the answer for your Dvorak keyboard question.
I have been trying out this onscreen keyboard utility called Dasher though
(http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/dasher/), you may find it useful. I saw
it demonstrated recently by some assistive technology people at a
conference. RPMs available at rpm.pbone.net too. It does some sort of
predictive text too.
