AFAIK, the default KDE install will put all your KDE config and files in ~/.kde/ Don't know if SuSE changes this (for instance, I know Gentoo moves them to ~/.kde3.4 Hunt around your home directory (use ls -a ~) and it should become fairly obvious where they are.
