Buggy lines problem.

Hello,

I am having a problem which seems to only happen when I use KDE. The problem 
is that random lines will show up in title bars and menus, etc. They do not 
always show up, and I can't seem to find what causes them. For a screen shot, 
as an example of what I am talking about, you can check
