AFAIK there is currently no KDE program which handles autorun.
However, the distribution I use (SuSE 9.2) has included a autostart program 
they wrote, it automatically exectutes 'autorun.sh'. Unfortunatly I have no 
idea how they do this. 'autorun.inf' is a windows format, it will execute 
a .exe file almost everytime, which won't work on linux.
