ksystraycmd and kmail

Hi,

I want to start kmail in the systray, but with no window opend.
If I do a "ksystraycmd --hidden kmail" , kmail gets startet , I have an icon 
in the systray, but the kmail-window is automaticaly open. Same problem with 
OpenOffice only kcalc works perfect. What did I wwrong?
