Opening Files Across Network Without Downloading

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi All,

Is it possible to actually open files through KDE applications over a
Samba/Windows (or any) network without it downloading the whole thing to your
hard-drive first? Yes, I know I can mount it to a folder but I'd rather not.
That's what IOslaves ate for.

JuK and Amarok unfortunately don't like playing my music over a network
either, and won't even let me do it.

Cheers,

David
