Not a solution, but in case it helps, I have used the linux citrix client on 
suse 9.2 / KDE 3.2 and no problems. I am not using certificates but I am 
going over the Internet with VPN. Can you tell which app is displaying the 
message? Does the citrix client know anything about the certificate?
