Well it didn't get that way by itself so just reverse whatever you did which
is most likely one of three things;
1) In kde control-centre/kde components/file-associations the html mime type
has been set to mozilla instead of konqueror.
2) In kde control-centre/kde components/component-chooser the web browser has
been set to mozilla.
3) Somewhere you have a script that is overiding things.
This approximate question comes up with monotonous regularity; Always check
the archives before posting a query and remember that Search Engines are your
friends especially Google Groups search.
