How about a poll with most downloaded icons and ones already
included in kde? (and style and windec).
Or people could suggest style/icons/windec for the list.
Most voted get in, least voted get out.
The size would stay the same, if that is the problem.
Here are my suggestions: icons-nuvola , style-Tiblit; qindustrial.

its a lot easier to select them from kcontrol than downloading them
and going through the assle installing them.
just ship it with kdeartwork, this optional package should be a lot bigger
