kde 3.3.2 issue with win-decos

I have compiled and isntalled crystal and crystalgl window decorations from 
kde-look.org however they are not showing up in the drop down in control 
center.

I am working on FreeBSD-5.3 Release, I have the exact same set up at work and 
both decos installed fine so I am not sure what the problem is. Anyone have 
any ideas?
