Dear friends,

what kdeinit is listening for on this port any idea ?

excerpt from netstat -avnutep

Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address
      State User Inode PID/Program name

tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:37435 0.0.0.0:*
    LISTEN 500 13650 7467/kded [kdeinit]

You could try to deactivate some of the KDED services to see which of them is opening that port or if it is kded itself.
(control center -> kde components -> services)

Cheers,
Kevin
