I just can't make kmail (in kde 3.2.2) work right with gpg.as I am using KDE 3.3.2 level "a", I can only say, that it works there for me
I have sent myself a mesage, both signing and encrypting it with my key. The passphrase was OK.
I use GpgME, which I created sepratly, to be also able to encrypt/sign attachments, not only the mail-text, as pgp/gpg normally only does. Now I try to read it and it asks me for an "openGPG password" . I enter my passphrase, but it only shows the gog data, not the decrypted message.
I use Inline OpenPGP. (Perhaps I should use some other mode?)
If you consider upgrading to KDE 3.3.2 I could help you to get the gpg thing working.
