Maximum num of Recent Documents

Hello,

I wanted to know how do I configure the maximum number of entries in the 
recent documents directory? I figured I have to add:

  [RecentDocuments]
  MaxEntries=50

To kickerrc, but it has no effect. Should I add it to the rc file of any 
client adding entries (for example to konqueror too)? What am I missing?
