Once I've forgotten. I configured:
./configure --prefix=/opt/kde --with-qt-dir=/opt/qt/ --with-qt-includes=/opt/qt/include/ --with-qt-libraries=/opt/qt/lib/

Have you installed Qt, added the QT-Lib dir to /etc/ld.so.conf and run ldconfig afterwards?
