Adding own action to file-icon-context-menu/Actions entry

Is there a way to add an own action to the right mouse context menu at 
desktop or konqueror icons?

At the moment I need to have an action which to copy the full path af 
the selected file icon, but without a "file:" at the beginning, to the 
clipboard
