xdelta to KDE3.3

Hi!

There are xdelta patches 3.3.0-rc2-3.3.0 only in the ftp site, but there
are not xdeltas for prevision accessible version (KDE3.2.3)

So, could you tell me - where am I whill able to get xdelta patches
3.2.3-3.3.0?
