konqueror link to anchor on page

When I link to http://slice.med.uottawa.ca/public/bmlist.htm#3, it
should take me directly to the anchor location on the web page but
knoqueror only takes me to the top of the page with the location entry
containing http://slice.med.uottawa.ca/public/bmlist.htm#3. If I now
press go then it moves down the page to the anchor location.

In mozilla, it takes me directly to the location. 

Is there a way to setup konqueror to go to an anchor on a page directly?
