klipper: relocation error

I seem to have lost klipper and a couple of reboots [ common nightly 
shutdowns ] later still no klipper.

The above error is a result of:

$ and #klipper

Where to next?

Oh..... yeah. I have just :

#uprmi kdebase

And thence updated same without solving my problem.

Missing klipper!
