It's kdeutil - not kdeutils. BTW - when you are building the gstreamer bindings, you need to make && make install in kdeutil BEFORE you make && make install in gst... Looks like it's an order thing...I've been working on getting it going for a couple of days now - so I didn't remember all the steps that I took...sorry.
