You need to start kwalletmanager, then  you can delete the wallet and create
a new one.

Unfortunately you can't retrieve the password - even as root - as it's
encrypted. That's to stop the administrator (or a thief who has stolen your
hard drive) getting all your passwords!
So choose something more memorable next time!
