Is this possible?

I was wondering if there is a way to direct standard out and standard error
from a virtual terminal to a konsole window.

Let's say I'm running a program on my first terminal - (ctrl-alt-F1). *AFTER
THE FACT* I want to load an instance of Konsole (or any other terminal
program) and watch the standard out and standard error from that first
terminal in my window.

The key here is "after the fact". I can start my process and redirect my
output to a file and then "tail -f" the file....but I'm talking about tying
directly into the regulard stdout and stderr of the terminal.

Is it even possible to do?
